Back-end agents that send documents to heavily nested groups can result in duplicate e-mail being received

Technote Number: 1175502

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JCDS6NHNA5, and is
under investigation.

The only workaround is to clean up the heavily cross-referenced nested
group(s). If a user receives multiple memos on the same subject, examine the
RecipientGroupsExpanded field in the Document Properties and check for group
names that appear multiple times. These are the groups that mostly likely have
the multiple cross-references in the nested group structure. The relative nest
structure should be examined to determine if it can be optimized.
